Salmon Sushi Bowls


Craving Sushi?

You can make easy sushi bowls at home!

Ingredients
1(ish) pound of salmon fillets (or tuna! or uncooked shrimp!)
1 cup rice of choice (brown, basmati, cauliflower, regular white)
1 avocado, diced
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 large carrot, peeled and diced
Soy sauce or liquid aminos, to taste

Optional- small cubes of cream cheese, seaweed snacks, green onion, pickled ginger, wasabi, "yum yum" sauce/spicy mayo

Steps
Cook rice according to package instructions
Cook salmon in skillet on low with a bit of oil, about 15 minutes, flipping halfway
Divide rice into bowls
Top rice with salmon, avocado, cucumber, carrot, soy sauce, and sesame seeds
Add additional toppings if you'd like
